The NICECNC fuel transfer pump kit - optimizes fuel delivery for a more stable supply in extreme riding conditions

Specially designed for the tank structure of newer-generation off-road motorcycles (KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas). At low fuel levels, during prolonged riding at an angle, or in demanding off-road conditions, the internal tank geometry can cause fuel to be distributed unevenly. As a result, fuel from certain areas of the tank may not flow back to the main fuel pump area quickly enough.

The NICECNC fuel transfer pump kit creates an additional flow path to actively move fuel from areas where it could become "trapped" to the main fuel pump area. This provides a more consistent fuel supply to the pump, improves fuel utilization, and minimizes fuel supply instability that can result from uneven distribution under demanding riding conditions.

The additional transfer pump improves fuel movement within the tank:
It helps prevent insufficient fuel concentration around the main fuel pump when fuel levels are low.
It helps keep the fuel supply stable even during prolonged riding at an angle.
It ensures a continuous fuel supply during off-road riding, uphill climbs, and aggressive riding.

*Ensures fuel supply to the main fuel pump
The additional transfer system moves fuel from remote areas of the tank to the main fuel pump's supply area, ensuring a more consistent fuel supply.

Features:

• Stainless steel filter mesh-An integrated 10-μm stainless steel filter mesh at the bottom traps fine contaminants and prevents dirt particles from entering the transfer pump.
• CNC-machined 6061 aluminum pump housing -The pump housing is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum. It is robust and durable, ideal for demanding off-road use and tough conditions.
• PA12 corrugated hose-The PA12 corrugated hose is highly fuel-resistant and flexible, making it easy to route through tight, complex spaces inside the tank.
• Custom PA6 connector-The PA6 connector provides a reliable connection for the fuel line and features a compact design for easy installation.
• PTFE-insulated copper wire -The power cable features PTFE insulation and copper conductors. This provides excellent resistance to heat and oil and ensures reliable electrical connections inside the fuel tank.
• Fuel-resistant PA12 cable tie -Made from PA12 material, the cable tie offers high fuel resistance and flexibility. It is used to secure fuel lines and related components, preventing them from loosening or shifting while riding.
• Efficient fuel delivery -The transfer pump delivers approximately 500 ml of fuel every 30 seconds. It enables stable transfer of fuel from remote areas of the tank to the main fuel pump area. Fuel flow rate: approx. 500 ml / 30 sec. (equivalent to approx. 1 l/min or 60 l/h).

Installation instructions:
1. Remove the seat to access the fuel pump assembly.
2. Install the transfer pump assembly and connect the corresponding connectors.
3. Refer to the installation video to check the correct orientation of the connectors and installation position.
4. Secure the wiring harness with the included cable ties to prevent loosening or unwanted movement.
