Returns
If there are any product problems, please email: support@nicecnc.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The package cannot be returned if you damage it during installation. We have a strict quality control process that ensures the product sent is in perfect condition.

Note: For non-quality reasons for returns, customer service needs to be contacted within 10 days of signing for the package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Please contact our customer service via email or Facebook @nicecnc to get the return address if the products have quality problems. (Note: Other reasons such as: shipping delay, or you don't like the products, or you bought them wrong yourself, or you modified your bike causing the parts not to fit but you want to return them, you need to pay the shipping cost yourself and 15% discount for the restocking fee. In this case, the shipping fee of your original order will not be refunded.)
Items to be returned should be packaged as originally received. Also, make sure that any other accessories or instruction manuals, etc., are also included.

Refunds do not include shipping fees and taxes of the order. Depending on the bank, it usually takes 7-15 days for the money to arrive after an item is returned. Please contact us if you have not received the refund 15 days after your complaint.
