1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item or the last partial shipment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by phone or email).

2. Return Shipping Costs
You bear the costs of return shipping unless the goods are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
The goods should be returned unused, complete, and in a resalable condition, preferably in the original packaging.
Please note:
For damages caused by improper installation or misuse, a reasonable deduction may be made from the refund.
4. Defects on Delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if any issues arise.
This applies especially if:
- an item is damaged
- an item is defective
- or an incorrect item was delivered
5. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will we charge you fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
There are legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal (§ 312 g para. 2 BGB). For example, you cannot withdraw from a distance contract if the goods you ordered were specially made according to your wishes or clearly tailored to your personal needs and cannot be resold due to these specifications.
Furthermore, your initial right of withdrawal expires prematurely in cases of
contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery,
contracts for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
