We offer free standard shipping to most countries and regions. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies for free shipping, you can send an email with a list of the items you are interested in and your delivery address to support@nicecnc.com.

Fast Delivery

Our EU warehouses are strategically located in Dunstable (UK), Bremen (DE), Paris (FR), and GUADALAJARA (ES) to provide efficient delivery service. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days depending on your location and the stock availability in the respective warehouse.

If items are not available in EU warehouses, we use the following logistics methods:

Standard shipping with 4PX & Yanwen: 7-15 business days (no taxes or additional fees)

Express shipping with FedEx, DHL, UPS & USPS: 3-7 business days (taxes required, you will need your tax number or ID number)

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to keep you updated. The estimated delivery time applies to countries eligible for free shipping. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide an accurate address (no P.O. boxes) and current contact information during checkout.

Please note that logistical delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions.

Shipping for Orders with Multiple Items

We try to deliver all your items together. However, due to different shipping options, products may be shipped separately. You will receive a shipping notification by email as soon as an item has been dispatched.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order before the product is manufactured or shipped, please contact us. For cancellations/refunds before manufacturing or shipping, a payment processing fee of 3% applies, which goes to the payment processor (this fee is non-refundable to us). If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order after receiving the products, please refer to our return policy.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
When ordering Nicecnc products, you are responsible for ensuring lawful import into the destination country. The recipient acts as the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient; please contact your local customs office for more information.
P.S. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
