We offer free standard shipping to most countries and regions. If you are not sure if your address is eligible for free shipping, you can email support@nicecnc.com with a list of items you are interested in and your shipping address.
Fast Delivery
Our EU warehouses are strategically located in Dunstable (UK), Bremen (DE), Paris (FR), and GUADALAJARA (ES) to provide efficient delivery services. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days, depending on your location and the stock availability at the respective warehouse.
If items are unavailable in EU warehouses, we use the following logistics methods:
Standard shipping with 4PX & Yanwen: 7-15 business days (no taxes & additional fees)
Express shipping with FedEx, DHL, UPS & USPS: 3-7 business days (taxes required, you will need your tax number or ID number)
In case an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to keep you informed. The estimated delivery time is applicable to the states eligible for free shipping. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide an accurate address (no P.O. box) and up-to-date contact information during checkout.
Please note that logistical delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions.
Shipping for Multi-Item Orders
We try to ship all your items together. However, due to different shipping options, we may ship products separately. You will receive an email shipping notification once an item has shipped.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order before the product is produced or shipped, please contact us. For cancellations/refunds before production or shipping, there will be a 3% payment processing fee, which goes to the payment processor (we do not get this fee back). If the product has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order after receiving the products, please refer to our return policy.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
When ordering Nicecnc products, you are responsible for ensuring lawful import into the destination country. The recipient acts as the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional customs clearance charges are to be borne by the recipient; please contact your local customs office for further information.
P.S. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
