Routine Maintenance Instructions:

• 1. Remove the filter element with a soft brush or cleaner to remove dust adhering to the filter.
• 2. Spray the cleaner evenly on the surface and wait 5-8 minutes.
• 3. Rinse the filter with low-pressure water from the clean side to the dirty side to remove dust and dirt.
• 4. After rinsing, gently shake off the water from the filter or air dry it.
• 5. Do not use an air gun or hairdryer to dry. Using such methods can damage the original material of the filter.
• 6. Pressing oil (use K&N 99-5050): After air drying, apply a thin layer of K&N red oil to the clean filter element (apply it to about 30% of the total area, the oil will gradually penetrate the entire area without dripping). The application of oil should be light, thin, and even for maximum effectiveness.
• 7. Reinstall the cleaned and oiled filter element, ensuring that the screws are tightened securely during installation.

Note: It is recommended to clean the filter every 5,000 kilometers to ensure smooth engine breathing and no delay in power delivery!
