Installation Instructions
🔹 Preparation:
Carefully read these instructions before installing your newly purchased product, and ensure you have the following items on hand, including a suitable catch container and the manufacturer-specified clutch fluid. Some models use mineral oil, others require DOT 4. While the NICECNC slave cylinder is compatible with both fluid types, the master cylinder must use the fluid recommended by Brembo or Magura, depending on your motorcycle model.

🔹 Slave Cylinder Installation:
1. Access the Installation Area
o   Remove any necessary fairings or covers to allow for easy access to the entire installation area.
o Ensure the motorcycle is upright or slightly tilted to allow air bubbles to escape.

2. Removal of the Existing Cylinder
o As you loosen (but do not remove) the hydraulic hose, wrap a cloth around the existing clutch body to minimize fluid leakage.
o Ensure the catch container is positioned to collect any fluid that leaks when the hose is loosened.
o Remove the existing cylinder from the engine, ideally wrapping the clutch line and original cylinder together in a cloth.

3. Preparation of the NICECNC Slave Cylinder
o The NICECNC clutch slave cylinder is pre-assembled.
o Install the new gasket before attaching the unit to the engine.
o Retain and reuse the original bolts, as housing and mounting configurations may vary.

4. Important Note:
o Lightly lubricate the O-ring (1) with engine/gear oil before inserting the slave cylinder into the motorcycle.
o Do not force the O-ring, as cracks or damage can lead to unit failure.

5. Connecting the Hydraulic Line
o Remove the hydraulic line and bleed screw from the original cylinder and attach them to the new cylinder.
o Perform this step quickly and securely to minimize the subsequent bleeding process.
o When reattaching the hydraulic hose to the new slave cylinder, ensure all connections are extremely clean.
o Use the included sealing washers only if the original fluid lines used sealing washers.

6. Final Assembly and Bleeding the System
o Ensure all original components are properly reinstalled.
o On Husaberg, Husqvarna, KTM, and GasGas models, carefully monitor the fluid level, as these master cylinders have low capacities.
o Some models require a small chain guard to be installed before attaching the hydraulic hose for proper fitment.
o Bleed the system using the original bleed valve on the slave cylinder:
1). Connect a hose to the catch container.
2). Pull the clutch lever six times and hold it down on the last pull.
3). Loosen the bleed valve to release fluid pressure, then tighten it before releasing the lever.<
4). Repeat this process until the clutch no longer feels "spongy."
5). Continuously monitor the master reservoir fluid level to prevent air from entering.
