39mm clip-on handlebar (1 inch) for Harley Sportster 883 1200 Dyna Low Rider Super Glide

The clip-ons are a cost-effective replacement handlebar with amazing strength. They are made from solid billet and feature a removable handlebar. In case of an accident, you only need to replace the handlebar tube, not the entire clip-on. The clip-ons are mounted on the front fork below the upper triple clamp to achieve a low handlebar position. Transform your XL Sportster into a café racer.

Note:
Clip-on handlebars are primarily designed for racing use and may not fit a standard bike without further modifications.
Handlebars are not recessed or pre-drilled.

Installation instructions:
1. These clip-ons are not OEM replacement parts. Clip-ons are intended for racing use only.
2. Remove old clip-ons and clean the mounting areas from dirt, grime, etc.
3. Install both collars and locking screws.
4. Install the handlebar tubes and set both bodies to the desired angle. Make sure the handlebars are in a position that does not hinder turning.
5. Tighten the bodies on the fork legs.
6. Adjust the handlebar tubes to the desired length and tighten them.
7. Turn the steering wheel from unlock to lock, ensuring there are no obstructions.
8. You may need to drill small holes in the handlebar tubes on the throttle and/or clutch side to mount the control switch housing.
9. Install the controls and check again that there are no obstructions when turning from stop to stop.
10. Once all steps are completed, you can ride. Always check that the screws are tight before riding.
