39mm Clip-On Handlebars (1 inch) for Harley Sportster 883 1200 Dyna Low Rider Super Glide

The clip-ons are an economical replacement handlebar with amazing strength. They are machined from solid billet and have a removable handlebar. In the event of a crash, you simply replace the handlebar tube instead of the entire clip-on. The clip-ons attach to the front fork below the top triple tree to provide a low handlebar position. Convert your XL Sportster into a Café Racer.

Note:
Clip-on handlebars are primarily designed for racing use and may not fit a standard bicycle without further modifications.
Handlebars are not grooved or pre-drilled.

Installation instructions:
1. These clip-ons are not OEM replacements. Clip-ons are for racing use only.
2. Remove old clip-ons and clean mounting areas of dirt, grime, etc.
3. Install both cuffs and set screws.
4. Install the handlebar tubes and adjust both bodies to the desired angle. Make sure the handlebars are in a position that does not impede turning.
5. Tighten the bodies to the fork legs.
6. Adjust the handlebar tubes to the desired length and tighten them.
7. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock, making sure there are no obstructions.
8. You may need to drill small holes in the handlebar tubes on the throttle and/or clutch side to mount the control switch housing.
9. Install the controls and recheck that there are no obstructions when turning from lock to lock.
10. Once all steps are complete, you can ride. Always check that the screws are tight before riding.
