This kit offers two fixed rear-lift options for your Dyna while retaining the existing shocks: the “Performance” position raises the rear by approximately 1¾ inches (at the axle), while the “Aggressive” position provides approximately 2 inches of lift.

By relocating the lower shock mounts, the NICECNC rear-lift kit raises the motorcycle’s rear end, providing a taller ride height and potentially increasing ground and cornering clearance. Depending on the motorcycle and configuration, this additional clearance can help reduce the risk of foot pegs, exhaust components, skid plates, and other low-mounted parts scraping while cornering.

The kit was developed for compatible 2006–2017 Harley Dyna models; it includes two matching lift blocks and installs without drilling or permanent frame modifications.

Features:

  • One kit, two fixed rear-lift positions

Choose between two defined rear-lift settings with the same kit.

  1. PERFORMANCE:
Approx. 1-3/4 inches (about 4.4 cm) of rear lift at the axle
  2. AGGRESSIVE:
Approx. 2 inches (about 5.1 cm) of rear lift at the axle

The “Performance” position provides the familiar raised Dyna look. The “Aggressive” position adds approximately 1/4 inch (about 0.6 cm) of nominal rear lift at the axle—ideal for riders who prefer a slightly higher rear profile.

  • Raise the rear, keep your shocks

The kit relocates the lower mounting points of the rear shock absorbers. This allows riders to adjust the rear ride height without replacing their existing, compatible twin-shock absorbers.

It does not increase suspension travel or improve the spring rate, preload adjustment, compression or rebound damping, or the overall quality of the suspension.

  • Potential for increased ground and cornering clearance

Depending on the motorcycle and setup, raising the rear can increase the available ground and cornering clearance. Greater clearance can help reduce contact between foot pegs, exhaust components, skid plates, and other low-mounted components and the ground while cornering.

Actual clearance depends on the motorcycle model, shock absorber settings, tires, load, and installed accessories.

  • Higher, performance-oriented rear-end appearance

The raised rear profile gives the Dyna a more distinctive, performance-oriented appearance.

The “Performance” setting provides the proven rear lift of approximately 1-3/4 inches at the axle. The “Aggressive” setting enables an approximately 2-inch lift with the same kit.

  • CNC-Machined 6061 Aluminum Lift Blocks

The lift blocks are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum to ensure precise dimensions and a secure fit.

The black anodized finish blends harmoniously with the appearance of the Dyna swingarm and rear suspension area.

  • Steel mounting hardware included

The kit includes the steel mounting hardware shown in the product images.

Use the included hardware together with the retained original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts exactly as specified in the official NICECNC installation instructions and in accordance with the torque specifications.

  • Bolt-On Design

The kit mounts to the factory lower mounting point of the rear shocks—without drilling or permanent frame modifications.

Both lift blocks must be installed in the same selected position. Do not use the “Performance” setting on one side and the “Aggressive” setting on the other.

Practical reference values:

Tested on our 2014 Dyna Fat Bob FXDF with the stock 12-inch rear shocks; unloaded and held upright on level ground.

Measurement point: vertically from level ground to the lower edge of the left rear fender strut cover, directly below the reflector.

  1. STOCK CONDITION (BASELINE)
Fender strut cover height: 22.4 inches (57.0 cm)
  2. PERFORMANCE VARIANT
Fender strut cover height: 23.8 inches (60.5 cm)
  3. AGGRESSIVE VERSION
Fender strut cover height: 24.0 inches (61.0 cm)

These measurements at fixed points serve as a practical visual reference based on our test motorcycle. They are independent of the nominal values for raising the rear by 1 3/4 inches or 2 inches at the axle.

The actual static height varies depending on the Dyna model, shock absorber length, spring rate, spring preload, vehicle load, tire configuration, and static sag.

Reference seat height values (test motorcycle):

Measured on the same test motorcycle (FXDF model, 2014 model year) at the lowest point of the seat, with the motorcycle unloaded and held upright:

  1. STOCK CONDITION (BASELINE)
    Approx. 28.0 inches (71.0 cm)
  2. PERFORMANCE VARIANT
    Approx. 28.5 inches (72.5 cm)
  3. AGGRESSIVE VERSION
    Approx. 29.0 inches (73.5 cm)

Seat height is a rider-specific reference value and does not correspond to the rear lift at the axle or the height of the fender-strut cover. Actual values vary depending on the motorcycle and configuration.

Important notes:

  1. The stated rear lift at the axle is an approximate nominal value according to the product specification.
  2. Actual static vehicle height varies by Dyna model, rear shock length, spring rate, preload, load, tire configuration, and suspension sag.
  3. This kit does not increase rear shock travel or improve damping, spring rate, or overall suspension performance.
  4. Motorcycles already equipped with longer aftermarket shocks or modified rear suspension components require an additional professional inspection for compatibility and clearance.

⚠️Important fitment notes:

  • Before ordering, compare the factory lower rear shock mounting point on your motorcycle with the product images.
  • Aftermarket shock absorbers, exhaust systems, saddlebag mounts, chain conversions, belt guards, brake components, or other modifications to the rear suspension may affect compatibility and clearance.

⚠️Installation and Safety Notes:

  • This product changes the rear vehicle height and suspension geometry. Installation and subsequent inspection should be performed by a qualified motorcycle mechanic using the official NICECNC installation instructions.
  • The same height setting must be selected on both sides.
  • Before returning the motorcycle to service, check all specified torque settings, belt or chain tension, rear-wheel alignment, brake-line clearance, tire-to-fender clearance, clearance to the exhaust system and belt guard, suspension travel, and sidestand stability.
  • Recheck the installation after the first ride and during regular maintenance in accordance with the official instructions.
  • Do not operate the motorcycle until installation, clearances, alignment, and stability have been professionally verified.

Why this kit?

  • The NICECNC rear lift kit gives riders of compatible Dyna models (2006–2017 model years) two fixed lift options in a single, easy-to-install kit.
  • Choose between the proven “Performance Position” (approx. 1 3/4 inches) and the “Aggressive Position” (approx. 2 inches) at the axle—while retaining your existing, compatible shock absorbers.
  • The result is a higher rear end. Measurements taken at fixed points on our test motorcycle (FXDF model, 2014 model year) confirm the change in vehicle height. Depending on the motorcycle and configuration, the rear lift may also increase ground and cornering clearance.

Final note:

Before ordering and installing, verify the exact model, model year, lower shock mount configuration, and clearance around all factory-installed and aftermarket components.
