Installation Guide:
Drain coolant and remove stock head.
Adjust deck height using different base gaskets as required. Deck height is the distance from the top of the cylinder to the top of the outside edge of the piston at top dead center (TDC).
Place the new head O-ring on top of the cylinder, ensuring the locating pin is correctly seated.
Insert the supplied 23 x 2.5 mm O-ring into the groove at the top of the combustion chamber insert. Place the outer "cap" part of the head over the insert, taking care not to displace the O-ring. Screw the spark plug into the top of the insert with your fingers. Holding the spark plug, lift the head unit onto the cylinder. Carefully position the head, ensuring the locating pins are aligned and the O-ring remains in place.
Tighten the nuts/bolts in a cross pattern to the required torque as per the owner's manual. Reinstall the head onto the chassis mounting bracket.
