Installation Guide:
✅ 1. Clean Contact Surfaces: Before gasket installation, thoroughly clean the water pump and engine casing contact surfaces to ensure: • No oil, dust, or sealant residue. • Remove any residue with a clean cloth or scraper, then wipe the surface with a degreaser until dry and residue-free.
🔹 Purpose: Prevent sealing failures and ensure sealant adhesion.

✅ 2. Apply PTV Engine Sealant Evenly • Apply a thin, even layer of PTV engine sealant to both sides of the gasket. • Avoid excessive sealant application, as this may lead to: • Poor sealing • Sealant overflow, making future disassembly difficult.
🔹 Note: Use PTV sealant compliant with specifications to ensure high-temperature resistance, anti-seepage, and long-lasting sealing performance.

✅ 3. Proper Installation and Tightening • With sealant applied, accurately align the gasket between the water pump and the engine. • Tighten the bolts according to the manufacturer's torque specifications to ensure even compression.
