Note:
Please note that the headlight does not have a high/low beam switch. However, the light can still be turned on and off using the original high/low beam switch on the handlebar.

Easy Installation, Quick Start-Up
This kit features a plug-and-play design for quick and easy installation:

1. Remove the original headlight: Use simple tools to remove the original headlight from the vehicle.

2. Install the new headlight: Secure the kit in the headlight housing and complete the installation using the included mounting hardware.

3. Connect the power supply: Connect the headlight to the vehicle’s power supply (12–30 V DC) and ensure a secure connection.

4. Adjust the angle: Adjust the headlight angle to suit your riding needs and ensure optimal beam range.

5. The headlight does not have a high/low beam switch, but it can still be turned on and off using the original high/low beam switch on the handlebar.

6. Wiring instructions:
Before installation, carefully check the pin assignment and wire colors of the original socket housing (OEM wiring), and adjust this kit’s wiring accordingly to avoid connection errors that could cause malfunctions.
Original headlight assembly wiring (EXC/XCW example, OEM wire colors):
Pin 1 – Green (gn) – PL (parking/position light)
Pin 2 – Green (gn) – LO (low beam)
Pin 3 – Blue (BU) – HI (high beam) (present only on EXC models; XCW models do not have this wire)
Pin 4 – Brown (br) – GND (ground)

The product’s black wire corresponds to Pin 4 (Brown, GND).
The product’s red wire must be connected to either Pin 2 (Green, low beam) or Pin 3 (Blue, high beam).
On XCW models, it must be connected to Pin 2 (low beam).
On EXC models, you can choose to connect it to the low or high beam as needed.

Compatibility Note:

The XC, XC-F, TX, and FX models do not support direct installation because these models are not factory-equipped with headlights or switches. Installing this kit on these models requires additional plastic headlight covers and conventional 12 V wiring harnesses.
Before purchasing or installing additional lighting equipment, please ensure that the vehicle has sufficient power and is equipped with a 12 V battery.
For off-road use only; this lighting kit is specifically designed for off-road use and is not suitable for use on public roads. Please use it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
