Crankshaft For BMW F30 M3 F80 M4 F82 M2 COMPETITION F87 N55 S55

The N55/S55 has a weakness in its crankshaft. When engine power is increased, the crank hub can easily move or spin under extreme stress. The transmission puts more strain on the rotating engine components at high engine speeds, requiring a downshift. To prevent this, the crank hub bolt must be secured to the hub so it doesn't fall off. However, this can be a difficult solution as a simple dab of Loctite is not enough.
Here, we offer a simple and effective solution for securing crank hub bolts. Our crank hub bolt capture kit securely holds the crank hub in place to prevent rotation.
