These are 6 sets of titanium alloy brake disc spool kits for motorcycles.
Only attempt to install these if you have the necessary technical skills and tools.
Do not throw away your own discs if you can easily replace the rivets in just a few minutes.
Titanium alloy spools with stainless steel E-clips, 1mm spacers, and anti-rattle washers.

The flat spacer has an outer diameter of 20 mm, an inner diameter of 14 mm, and a thickness of 1 mm.
The spools have a diameter of 13.75 to 13.80 mm and a head of 19.6 mm.
Approximately 5 grams per complete spool.

Fitment:
Suitable for discs with a thickness of 4.5 - 5.2 mm.
These are intended for semi-floating applications but can be converted to fully floating under certain circumstances.

DO NOT FIT these models: 1200 & 600 Bandits, GSXR1100, and most early Suzuki discs. These have 15.8 mm rivets...

Installation Note:

If you are unsure whether they fit, write to us or make a gauge.
It’s very simple: you only need 2 thin metal washers or two pieces of a feeler gauge. Place them above and below the rivet head and measure the distance.

Before doing anything to your discs, watch the installation video. If you drill one out and it’s the wrong size, it’s too late.

This is NOT how your discs will be repaired if they are completely damaged and magically made like new again.

Basic tools and basic knowledge of mechanics and engineering are all you need.
Grinding the rivet head with a 12-inch grinder at a million RPM does not work.
Take your time, it works!!!!!!
It’s not rocket science, just good old common sense, some skill, and a bit of care are required.
Remember the rule “measure 10 times, drill once.”

And again: if you do not have the skills or tools to do this yourself, find someone with the right skills to do it safely.
