Features:
- Features an improved combustion chamber design that delivers more power across the entire RPM range and reduces the risk of detonation. It is designed and tested for use with 91+ octane fuel. The head comes with a complete head gasket set.
- Compared to the stock cylinder head insert: The original compression before installation is approximately 170 PSI, after installation approximately 183 PSI (as shown), with a squish clearance of 1.2 mm.
- Made from 7075 aluminum, which withstands high pressures and temperatures, so it does not crack under pressure.
- Consistent power gains across the entire RPM range, especially in the low/mid range:
- Improved fuel efficiency
- Greatly reduced risk of detonation
- Enhanced engine longevity
- Smoother power delivery
- Does not require racing fuel

Installation Instructions:
- Drain coolant and remove the original head.
- Adjust the deck height as needed with different base gaskets. The deck height is the distance between the top of the cylinder and the top of the outer edge of the piston at top dead center (TDC).
- Place the new head O-ring on top of the cylinder and ensure the locating pin is properly seated.
- Insert the supplied 23 x 2.5 mm O-ring into the groove at the top of the combustion chamber insert. Place the outer “cap” part of the head over the insert, making sure the O-ring does not shift. Screw the spark plug into the insert by hand. Hold the spark plug firmly and lift the cylinder head assembly onto the cylinder. Carefully position the cylinder head, ensuring the locating pins are aligned and the O-ring stays in place.
- Tighten the nuts/bolts in a crisscross pattern to the torque specified in the service manual. Reinstall the cylinder head onto the chassis mounting bracket.
