We have collected a lot of feedback from forums that the NBR shaft tends to age and crack over time under high heat. Since there is an angle piece oil tank above the engine, it can operate under high temperatures of up to 100°C during long rides. It can only be used for 40 days under 120°C. To find the ideal replacement material, the R&D team at NiceCNC conducted extensive research and finally switched to fluororubber as the solution. Fluororubber has been tested for resistance to high heat (200℃~250℃), engine oil, high vacuum, acids and alkalis, as well as a variety of chemicals.
