Installation Notes:

• Please first remove any oil stains, dirt, and grease. Apply a thick layer of RTV Permatex Silicone to the inside of the front fork guard. Cover it with textured paper. It usually takes 12 to 24 hours for the RTV Permatex Silicone to set before you can ride.
• Before installation, ensure that the fork lug is intact. If your fork lug has been deformed in a small area due to an impact, it will need to be ground down.
