Features:
- Made of high-strength 20CrMnTi steel alloy with heat treatment, the teeth will not wear or break easily during intense racing or off-road motorcycle use. A valid alternative is the front sprocket.
- The sprocket has been redesigned to grip all the splines of the secondary transmission shaft.
- To achieve this, the locking method has also been changed, which is no longer frontal but lateral.
- Can be used despite the wear caused by the old sprockets, thus delaying the arduous SHAFT REPLACEMENT.
- Being more stable, it facilitates constant alignment with the chain and crown, making the system movement smoother and extending its lifespan.

🔧 Installation Notice (Please read before purchasing)
This product is manufactured according to OEM standard dimensions and has been validated through real vehicle fitment tests.
⚠️ Important Fitment Note
If the sprocket does not slide smoothly onto the shaft and requires light tapping to seat fully, this typically indicates that the splines of the transmission output shaft are already worn.
In this condition:
The fit between the new sprocket and the splines may be tight or uneven.
Light tapping may be required for full installation.
This is caused by wear of the original transmission output shaft, not by dimensional inaccuracy of the product.
✔️ Normal Condition
For a transmission output shaft with undamaged splines:
The sprocket should mount smoothly without resistance.
No hammering or excessive force is required.
❗ Important Disclaimer
This product is manufactured strictly according to OEM standard specifications.
Fitment issues caused by worn, deformed, or otherwise damaged transmission output shaft splines are not considered product defects.
🔍 Installation Recommendation
Before installation, please inspect the splines of the transmission output shaft:
If the splines are visibly rounded, worn, or damaged → shaft replacement is recommended.
If there is only minor wear → ensure correct alignment during installation before applying force.
🔩 Note on Torque Specifications
Please observe the torque specifications below during installation to avoid stripping screws or other damage.
Failure to follow the recommended torque can lead to damage; no liability will be assumed in such cases.
M6: 10 Nm
💡 Note
Wear of the splines on the transmission output shaft is a common wear pattern for this model.
Installing a new sprocket on a worn shaft can affect the installation feel; this is normal and expected for this model.
