- The sprocket has been redesigned to engage all splines of the secondary transmission shaft.
- To achieve this, the locking method was also changed from frontal to lateral engagement.
- Can still be used despite wear from old sprockets, delaying the tedious SHAFT REPLACEMENT.
- Being more stable, it facilitates constant alignment with the chain and crown, resulting in smoother system movement and extended lifespan.

⚠️ Important Fitment Notice
If the sprocket does not slide smoothly onto the shaft and requires light tapping to fully seat, this typically indicates that the transmission output shaft splines are already worn.
In this condition:
The fit between the new sprocket and the splines may be tight or uneven.
Light tapping may be necessary for full installation.
This is caused by wear on the original transmission output shaft, not by a manufacturing defect of the product.
✔️ Normal Condition
With an output shaft that has undamaged splines:
The sprocket should install smoothly without resistance.
No hammering or excessive force is required.

This product is strictly manufactured to OEM specifications.
Fitment issues caused by worn, deformed, or otherwise damaged transmission output shaft splines are not considered product defects.
🔍 Installation Recommendation
Please inspect the transmission output shaft splines before installation:
If the splines are visibly rounded, worn, or damaged → shaft replacement is recommended.
If only minor wear is present → ensure correct alignment during installation before applying force.

Please follow the torque specifications below during installation to avoid bolt breakage or other damage.
Failure to adhere to the recommended torque may cause damage; no liability will be accepted for such cases.

Spline wear on the transmission output shaft is a common wear pattern for this model.
