Easy Installation, Quick Start-up

This kit offers plug-and-play functionality for quick and easy installation:

1. Remove Original Headlight: Use simple tools to remove the original headlights from the vehicle.

2. Install New Headlight: Secure the kit in the headlight housing and complete the installation with the included fasteners.

3. Connect Power Supply: Connect the headlights to the vehicle's power supply (12–30 V DC) and ensure a secure connection.

4. Adjust Angle: Adjust the angle of the headlight to your riding needs to ensure optimal illumination range.

5. The headlight does not have a high/low beam switch but can still be turned on and off via the original high/low beam switch on the handlebar.

6. Wiring Instructions:
Before installation, carefully check the pin assignment and wire colors of the original socket housing (OEM wiring) and adapt this kit's wiring accordingly to avoid connection errors that could lead to malfunctions.
Original Headlight Unit Wiring (Example EXC/XCW, OEM wire colors):
Pin 1 – Green (gn) – PL (Parking Light/Position Light)
Pin 2 – Green (gn) – LO (Low Beam)
Pin 3 – Blue (BU) – HI (High Beam) (only present on EXC models, XCW models do not have this wire)
Pin 4 – Brown (br) – GND (Ground)

The black wire of the product corresponds to Pin 4 (Brown, GND).
The red wire of the product must be connected to either Pin 2 (Green, Low Beam) or Pin 3 (Blue, High Beam).
For the XCW model, it must be connected to Pin 2 (Low Beam).
For the EXC model, the connection to low beam or high beam can be chosen as needed.

Compatibility Note:
XC, XC-F, TX, and FX models do not support direct mounting, as these models are not equipped with headlights or switches from the factory. For installing this kit on these models, additional plastic headlight covers and conventional 12V wiring harnesses are required. Before purchasing or installing additional lighting equipment, ensure that the vehicle has sufficient power and is equipped with a 12V battery.

For off-road use only; this lighting kit is specifically designed for off-road use and is not suitable for use on public roads. Please use it within legal regulations.
