• When the injector is dirty, it makes a hammering sound, not a sharp click, when opening and closing. Pay attention to a change in the clicking sound with each operation. After cleaning, you should hear a sharper and slightly louder click. If no click is heard, the injectors may need to be replaced.
• For best results, use injector cleaner to prevent damage to O-rings and other moving parts of the injectors.
