Maintenance Instructions
- Remove the filter from the vehicle and remove any adhering dust with a soft brush or cleaning agent.
- Spray the filter surface evenly with cleaning agent and let it sit for 5–8 minutes.
- Rinse the filter with water under low pressure from the clean side to the dirty side to remove dirt.
- After rinsing, gently shake off excess water or let it air dry.
- Do not use a compressed air gun or hairdryer, as these can damage the filter material.
- For oiling (with K&N 99-5050): Once the filter is dry, apply a thin layer of K&N red oil, covering approximately 30% of the surface. The oil will seep in evenly and not drip.
