Maintenance Instructions:

• Remove the filter from the vehicle and remove any adhering dust with a soft brush or cleaning agent.
• Spray cleaning agent evenly onto the filter surface and let it sit for 5–8 minutes.
• Rinse the filter with low-pressure water from the clean side to the dirty side to remove dirt.
• After rinsing, gently shake the filter or let it air dry.
• Do not use an air gun or hair dryer, as these can damage the filter material.
• For lubrication (with K&N 99-5050): Once the filter is dry, apply a thin layer of K&N red oil, covering about 30% of the surface. The oil will seep in evenly and not drip.
• Reinstall the cleaned and oiled filter and tighten the screws securely.

Note: It is recommended to clean the filter every 5,000 kilometers to ensure optimal engine breathing and consistent performance.
