NICECNC High Volume Replacement Nitrogen Shock Reservoir End Caps
Designed for nitrogen shock reservoirs with sufficient inside diameter to accept an end cap with an outside diameter of 1.73 inches (44mm).
This is a "push-in" design component that requires proper internal clearance for installation.
Please measure the internal dimensions of your shock reservoir before purchasing.

Replaces the stock needle-valve fill end caps on FOX shocks found on UTVs and ATVs (e.g., Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, Can-Am, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, etc.).

Note: This product is sold by size, not by vehicle model.

Features:

● Easy maintenance and refilling thanks to the Schrader valve end caps.

● Increases the nitrogen volume of the shock reservoir after installation. This provides improved shock performance and reduces the frequency of required maintenance.

● More reliable than stock equipment: The original end caps with rubber needle valve filling often tend to leak, which can ultimately lead to shock failure.

● Included are O-rings for the valve cap and for the reservoir end cap; these prevent dirt, foreign objects, mud, and sand from entering the shock.

NOTE:
● Please read the description carefully and ensure this end cap fits your UTV shock.

● Our replacement end caps are suitable only for the following shock types:
Your UTV shock must have a "stepped" internal bore in the shock reservoir, with the original reservoir end cap having a "ribbed" lip on the edge. There must be no removable Allen bolt (hex screw). There must be a small opening in the center of the end cap with a rubber plug embedded in it.

● If you are unsure about the dimensions of your shock absorbers, you can measure the inner diameter of the expansion tank (it must be able to accommodate end caps with an outer diameter of 1.73 inches). Do not hesitate to contact us – we will be happy to help you solve your problem.
