The front grille must be removed for installation, and the product is inserted through the grille opening and secured from inside out.

M3 owners may need to drill a hole to properly install.
Owners of 323i/325i/328i/335d may need to bend the outermost legs on each side downward or trim 1/4 inch, as otherwise it may interfere with the kidney grilles.
