  • Extend the life of clutch and belt – According to the maintenance manual, the oil-free bushing must be replaced when the inner diameter exceeds 41.420 mm (1.631 inch) to avoid impairing the lifespan of the clutch and belt.
  • Better wear resistance – The sliding bearing of the oil-free bushing consists of carbon steel as the base, sintered porous bronze as the intermediate layer, rolled with PTFE and lead alloy as the inner surface, and copper-plated outer surface. It features good friction performance, wear resistance, and low noise.
