  • Lower maintenance cost - No need to replace the secondary clutch cam and the sliding disc if the inner diameter of the bushing is out of spec. Therefore, it will reduce your secondary clutch maintenance cost.
  • Extend clutch and belt life - According to the service manual, the oil-free bushing needs to be replaced if the inner diameter exceeds 1.631 inches (41.420mm) to avoid compromising the clutch and belt life.
  • Better wear resistance - The sliding bearing of the oil-free bushings is made of carbon steel as base, sintered porous bronze as interlayer, rolled with PTFE and lead compound as inner surface and copper-plated outer surface. It has good friction performance, wear resistance and low noise.
