Installation instructions:

Step 1: First remove all panels under the steering wheel that could prevent the replacement of the pedal bushings, also to create more space for your feet. Be careful not to damage any clips and remove all screws/bolts/nuts securing the panel.
Step 2: If your vehicle has knee impact absorbers made of polystyrene foam, remove them as the pedals will then be more visible. Now remove the clutch master cylinder and note the mounting position of the electrical switches, as these are also removed when removing the clutch master cylinder.
Step 3: Before removing the clip from the end of the pin, note the clutch on the center support spring and how it is attached, as it will likely come loose when the pedal is removed. Now use a flathead screwdriver to remove the three locking clips on the left pedal. Then push the pins to the right to remove them. The top pin holds the clutch pivot pin in place. Remove the pedal by sliding it away from this pin. Make sure you fully understand how all pins and pedals are attached so they can be properly reinstalled.
Step 4: After removing the pedal, remove the original worn bushing and install the new bushing. It is strongly recommended to lubricate the bushing with grease before installation.
Step 5: Once the bushings are installed, reassemble the pedal assembly in the same way it was removed. After full assembly, you can spray grease on all pivot points and moving parts. Then reinstall the pedal’s master brake cylinder (if installing a clutch pedal, make sure the clutch eccentric auxiliary spring is properly connected) and check that all components are correctly installed and lubricated.
Step 6: After verifying that all components are functioning properly, don’t forget to reinstall the electrical switch sensors for either the clutch pedal or the brake pedal, as they may need to be readjusted. Once you have confirmed that they are all correctly adjusted, you can reinstall the panel. Then everything is complete.
