Precautions and Installation Instructions:

• The lowering specification refers exclusively to the reduction in rear wheel height, not the overall height of the motorcycle.
• The lowering linkage comes with bearings and sealing rings; however, you will need to transfer the center spacer sleeve and the aluminum spacers from the original linkage and press them into the new lowering linkage.
• Thoroughly grease the bearings of the new lowering linkage before inserting the spacer sleeve.
• After installation, re-grease each grease nipple every 5 to 10 operating hours (riding time) using a grease gun to significantly extend the life of the bearings.
• When assembling, always adhere to the torques specified in the workshop manual.
• To ensure balanced handling, it is recommended to slide the fork tubes (front fork) – adjusted to the respective condition of the motorcycle – upwards by a certain amount.
• Lowering the suspension changes the geometry and handling characteristics of the motorcycle. Please ride with extreme caution in the initial period after the modification and avoid high speeds or aggressive riding behavior.
