Precautions and Installation Instructions:

• The lowering specification refers exclusively to the reduction of the vehicle height at the rear, not the overall height of the motorcycle.
• The lowering linkage is delivered including bearings and seals; however, you must remove the middle spacer and aluminum spacers from the original linkage and press them into the new lowering linkage.
• Grease the bearings of the new lowering linkage thoroughly before installing the spacer.
• After installation, re-grease each grease nipple every 5–10 operating hours using a grease gun to significantly extend the bearing life.
• Be sure to follow the torque specifications given in the workshop manual during installation.
• To ensure balanced handling, it is recommended to raise the fork tubes on the front fork accordingly, adjusted to the motorcycle’s condition.
• Lowering the suspension changes the geometry and riding characteristics of the motorcycle. Please ride cautiously during the first rides and avoid high speeds or aggressive riding.
