Install both collars and set screws.\u003cbr\u003e4. Install the handlebar tubes and set both bodies to the desired angle. Ensure that\u003cbr\u003ethe handlebars are in a position that does not impede turning.\u003cbr\u003e5. Tighten the bodies onto the fork legs.\u003cbr\u003e6. Adjust the handlebar tubes to the desired length and tighten them.\u003cbr\u003e7. Turn the steering from lock to lock and ensure there are no obstructions.\u003cbr\u003e8. You may need to drill small holes in the handlebar tubes on the throttle and\/or clutch side for the control switch housing.\u003cbr\u003e9. Install the controls and recheck for any obstructions when turning from lock to lock.\u003cbr\u003e10. Once all steps are completed, you are ready to ride.
