prevent the pedal bushings from being replaced, also to create more foot room. Also be careful not to damage any clips and remove all screws\/bolts\/nuts holding the fairing.\u003cbr\u003eStep 2: If your vehicle has polystyrene foam knee impact absorbers, remove them, as the pedals will be more visible. Now remove the clutch master cylinder and note the mounting position of the electrical switches, as they will also be removed when the clutch master cylinder is removed.\u003cbr\u003eStep 3: Before removing the clip from the pin end, note the clutch on the central support spring and how it is attached, as it will likely come loose when the pedal is removed. Now use a flat-blade screwdriver to remove the three locking clips on the left pedal. Then slide the pins to the right so they come out. The top pin holds the clutch pivot pin in place. Remove the pedal by pushing it away from this pin. Make sure you really know how all the pins and pedals are attached so they can be reinstalled correctly.\u003cbr\u003eStep 4: After removing the pedal, remove the original worn bushing and install the new bushing, it is highly recommended to lubricate the bushing with grease before installation.\u003cbr\u003eStep 5: Once the bushings are installed, reassemble the pedal assembly in the same way it was removed. After complete reassembly, you can spray grease on all pivot points and moving parts. Then reinstall the pedal master cylinder (if installing a clutch pedal, make sure the eccentric clutch assist spring is connected correctly) and check that all components are properly installed and lubricated.\u003cbr\u003eStep 6: After verifying that all components are functioning correctly, don't forget to reinstall the electrical switch sensors for either the clutch pedal or the brake pedal, as they may need readjustment. Once you have verified that they are all set correctly, you can reinstall the panel.
