Adjust the handlebar tubes to the desired length and tighten them.\u003cbr\u003e7. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock, making sure there are no obstructions.\u003cbr\u003e8. You may need to drill small holes in the handlebar tubes on the throttle and\/or clutch side to mount the control switch housing.\u003cbr\u003e9. Install the controls and recheck that there are no obstructions when turning from lock to lock.\u003cbr\u003e10. Once all steps are complete, you can ride.
